Official Rules (“Rules”)

1. Eligibility

The EZ Bombs “Disney World Getaway” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of EZ Bombs LLC (the “Sponsor”), its associates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent that they meet all eligibility requirements. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted starting November 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET and ending December 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received within this period.

4. How to Enter

A. Online/SMS Entry (No Purchase Required)

Visit here and complete the entry form, including your mobile phone number to receive an SMS confirmation of entry. By entering, you agree to receive automated marketing messages from EZ Bombs at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing texts is not required to enter or win. See Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) by Mail (No Purchase Required)

Hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, date of birth, and the Sweepstakes name (“EZ Bombs Disney World Getaway Sweepstakes”) on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to: EZ Bombs – Disney World Getaway AMOE, 425 W Colonial Dr Ste 303, Suite #388, Orlando, FL 32804. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 15, 2025 and received by December 20, 2025. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.

All entry methods are treated equally and have the same chance of winning.

C. Bonus Entries via Purchase Receipt Upload (Optional)

After completing an Online/SMS Entry, participants may obtain additional entries by purchasing any EZ Bombs product at a participating retailer and uploading or texting a valid purchase receipt through the SMS thread provided upon initial signup. Each verified unique purchase receipt equals one (1) additional entry. Limit 10 total entries per person (including all methods).

5. Prizes

One (1) Winner will receive a family trip to Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando, Florida (the “Prize”), consisting of:

  • Four (4) round-trip economy-class flights from a major U.S. airport near the winner’s residence to Orlando, Florida;

  • Lodging accommodations for up to four (4) people for four (4) days / three (3) nights (one standard accommodation suitable for a family of four, selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and

  • Four (4) one-day standard admission passes to Walt Disney World® theme parks.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the entire Prize package is up to $5,000 USD.
Prize value will not exceed $5,000 USD total. Actual value may vary depending on travel origin, booking dates, and park ticket pricing at time of booking. Any difference between the stated and actual value will not be awarded.

Travel must be booked and completed by January 15th, 2026. All travel and lodging arrangements will be made by Sponsor or its designee. Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining all required identification, complying with transportation and lodging rules, and any incidental expenses not specifically described herein (including meals, ground transportation, baggage fees, and souvenirs).

Prize is awarded “as is.” No substitution, assignment, or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on or about **January 7th, 2026.
**The potential winner will be notified via SMS to the phone number provided within seven (7) days.

The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and an IRS Form W-9 within five (5) days of notification.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or complete documentation within the stated time, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

EZ Bombs is not responsible for any notification failures due to incorrect information, technical issues, or spam filters.

8. Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering, participants grant Sponsor and its associates the right to use their name, city/state, likeness, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Terms

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless EZ Bombs, its associates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation or prize use, including personal injury or property damage.

11. Taxes

**All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
**For prizes with a value of $600 or more, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner. Winner must provide a valid taxpayer identification number (W-9) as a condition of prize award.

12. Disputes; Governing Law; Venue

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

13. Privacy Policy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes is governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

14. Winner Identification
