🥄 How to Use
1. Brine:
Boil 1 BrineBomb with 8 cups of water for 10 minutes. Cool completely, submerge your meat, and refrigerate — a few hours for chicken pieces or ribs, 24–48 hours for whole birds and big cuts.
2. Cook:
Pat dry and apply the finishing rub. Grill, smoke or roast — poultry to 165°F, pork & beef to 145°F.
3. Enjoy:
Rest 5–10 minutes, slice, serve.
