From Tina's kitchento your glass.
Tina Castaneda started EZ Bombs to bring the recipes she grew up with to your table. After years of dinner bombs, horchata is the first drink from her kitchen, and the first of our Blendables.
From my family's kitchen to yours, I created EZ Bombs to make authentic Mexican flavor easy to enjoy at home. Inspired by the recipes I grew up with and perfected in my own kitchen, each bomb is made with love, tradition, and the hope that every meal brings your family together.

Horchata questions
What's a Blendable?
Blendables are our new line of bombs made for the blender. Toss one in with milk, blend until it breaks down, and pour. Horchata is the first one.
What milk can I use?
Whatever your family loves. The recipe calls for 3 cups of milk of your choice per bomb. The mix itself contains milk, even if you prepare it with a plant-based milk.
Do I need a special blender?
Just a regular countertop blender. Skip hand (stick) blenders, food processors, coffee or spice grinders, and any straight or S-shape blade blender.
How much does one bomb make?
6 cups: blend 1 bomb with 3 cups of milk, then stir in 3 cups of water. Each pack has 2 bombs, so one pack makes 12 cups.
Can I make it creamier?
Yes. Blend the bomb with 4 cups of milk until it dissolves, then add 2 cups of water. Still 6 cups per bomb.
How long does it keep once it's made?
Refrigerate any leftover horchata and drink it within 2 days. (It rarely lasts that long.)
Is there dairy in it?
Yes, it contains milk (nonfat dry milk). It's made in a facility that also processes shrimp, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, sesame and soybeans.
How sweet is it?
Each serving of the mix (1/6 of a bomb, before milk) has 40 calories and 6g of sugar, all of it added. It's sweetened with sugar and sucralose.
