For the mom with zero time

Dinner, handled before drop-off.

Drop one bomb in the slow cooker with beef and water in the morning. Between work, school drop-off and volleyball, it cooks itself — and the whole family eats a real, home-cooked dinner.

Dump, drop, set it

One bomb, 4 lbs of beef, 1.5 cups of water. Lid on. That's the prep.

Cooks while you're out

Slow cooker high 6 hours or low 8 — or the Instant Pot in 60 minutes when you forgot.

Feeds the whole table

One bomb cooks 4 lbs of beef, up to 10 servings, mild enough for the kids.

Two dinners per pack

Two bombs in every pack. Tonight, and one for next week.

How it works

Toss. Cook. Serve.

The same dish, without the afternoon it used to take.

What you add, and how long it takes

One bomb, 4 lbs of beef chuck and 1.5 cups of water. Then whichever cooker you already own — these are real cooking times, not prep times.

What's in the bomb

Dried red chiles, paprika, onion, garlic.

Chile colorado is beef simmered in a deep sauce of dried red chiles and paprika, rounded out with onion and garlic. We press that whole sauce into the bomb, so the part that takes the afternoon is already done. It's a kitchen helper — not a replacement for your family's recipe.

It literally felt like I was eating my grandma's asado once again.

Just one bomb, a little chicken broth, blend it up, and the sauce is ready.

Questions, answered

What is a Chile Colorado Bomb and what meals can I make with it?

A concentrated seasoning bomb that makes chile colorado — tender beef in a deep red chile sauce — at home in one pot. No toasting whole chiles, no blending, no hours babysitting a braise. Drop it in with beef and water, cook, and shred. Serve it as:

  • Chile colorado plates with rice & beans
  • Smothered burritos
  • Tacos & burrito bowls
  • Enchiladas
  • Loaded fries & nachos
What beef (or other proteins) work best?

Beef chuck is the classic — but it’s flexible:

  • Beef chuck roast or stew meat (the classic)
  • Short ribs for something richer
  • Pork shoulder
  • Chicken thighs for a lighter version
  • Mushrooms or jackfruit for a plant-based bowl
How do I use it in a slow cooker or crockpot?

Beef, bomb and water in together, high for 6 hours or low for 8, until fork-tender, then shred and stir.

Can I use it in an Instant Pot or pressure cooker?

Yes — cook on high for 60 minutes, natural release, then shred. That’s 4 lbs of chuck roast per bomb with 1.5 cups of water.

Ingredients, sizes & specs

Everything that’s in the bomb and on the pack:

  • Ingredients: Spices (incl. chili pepper), Salt, Yeast Extract, Beef Stock, Onion, Garlic, Oleoresin Paprika, Xanthan Gum
  • 2 bombs per pack · net wt 5 oz · 1 bomb cooks up to 4 lbs meat (serves 5)
  • Made in a facility that also processes milk, shrimp, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, sesame & soy
  • 24-month shelf life
Is it a good chile colorado sauce or marinade alternative?

Yes — and it’s easier, because it builds the sauce as it cooks. The concentrated dried-chile base coats and infuses the beef for deep, smoky flavor with none of the toasting or blending:

  • No toasting or rehydrating whole chiles
  • No blender
  • Just add beef, water and the bomb
  • Deep red-chile flavor in one cook 🌶️✨
