Every Sunday I make the Birria, Tinga, and Pozole meats. I use the Instant Pot. It is incredibly easy, convenient, and is a breeze to clean up. I make an array of meals with the pre-prepared meats all week. My family is super busy during the week. Our meal times are always at different times, due to sports, cheer, dance classes, music and events. Having the slow cooker on warm, everyone has a warm, tasty, healthy meal. Our food budget actually went down by $200 per month, not going to fast food. The EZ BOMBS make our lives super easy. The price of the EZ BOMBS, is easily worth the money. How do I cook them?

Drop a bomb in the pot with your meat and water, as the pack says, then use a pressure cooker, slow cooker or stove top. Each pack has its own amounts and times.

What meat does each flavor need?

Birria: beef chuck. Pozole: pork or chicken, with hominy. Chicken Chipotle: chicken.

How spicy are they?

Birria and Pozole are mild-medium, Chicken Chipotle is medium.

How long do they keep?
