QuesaBirria Tacos Recipe

Ingredients

- 3–4 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 EZ Bombs Birria Star Bomb
- 4 cups water
- Masienda blue tortillas
- Cheese

Toppings:

- Onions, sliced
- Cilantro, chopped

🥗 Meal Prep Friendly — one cook, ~8 servings

Instructions:

1. Add 3–4 lbs of meat to a pressure cooker.
2. Pour in 4 cups of water.
3. Add 1 EZ Bombs Birria Star Bomb.
4. Cook until the meat is tender, then shred the birria meat and reserve the consommé.
5. Knead the Masienda blue tortillas.
6. Dip each tortilla into the birria consommé, then place it on a hot pan.
7. Add cheese and shredded birria meat to the tortilla.
8. Fold the tortilla and pan-fry until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
9. Transfer to a plate and top with sliced onions and chopped cilantro.
