Ingredients
Instructions:
- Add the meat + 4 cups water + 1 Birria Bomb into an Instant Pot. Cook until fully done.
- Shred the cooked birria meat and set aside (keep the broth for consommé).
- Spread mayonnaise on the outside of the sourdough bread slices.
- Layer shredded birria meat, cheddar cheese, cilantro, and onions between the bread slices.
- Add more cheddar cheese on top (extra melty!).
- Toast the sandwich on both sides until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Cut the grilled cheese in half and serve with consommé for dipping.
