Tinga Empanada

Ingredients

Ingredients: 

  • EZ Tinga Meat
  • Empanada dough
  • Oil (for frying) 

Toppings: 

  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Cilantro
  • Onion
  • Sour cream 

Instructions: 

  1. Cook the EZ Tinga Meat according to the package instructions, then set aside. 
  2. Prepare the empanada dough and shape it into circles. 
  3. Fill each piece of dough with EZ Tinga Meat and seal the edges. 
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the empanadas until golden brown and crispy. 
  5. Top with lettuce, tomato, cilantro, and onion.
  6. Drizzle sour cream on top. 

Serve hot and enjoy your Tinga Empanadas!
