Chile Colorado Beef Ribs
Instructions:
- Place beef ribs into the pressure cooker.
- Add 1.5 cups of water and 1 Chile Colorado EZ Bomb.
- Seal and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
- Allow pressure to release naturally or carefully quick release.
- Remove ribs, they should be tender and falling off the bone.
- Serve hot with sauce spooned over the top.

- Mexican rice
- Warm tortillas

EZ Tip:
For even richer flavor, finish the ribs under the broiler for a few minutes to caramelize the exterior after pressure cooking.
