Ingredients
Instructions:
- Chop up the pork shoulder.
- Rinse the can of hominy.
- Add the chopped pork shoulder, rinsed hominy, 6 cups water, and 1 EZ Pozole Bomb to a pot.
- Cook the pozole for about 1–2 hours.
- Once cooked, serve in a bowl.
- Top with shredded cabbage, diced onions, sliced radishes, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
