Ingredients
Instructions:
- Cook the birria meat in an Instant Pot with 4 cups water + 1 Birria Bomb.
- Strain the cooked birria meat and set aside (keep the broth for consommé).
- Air-fry the fries at 400°F for about 10 minutes (air fry mode).
- Season the fries with seasoning salt.
- Plate the fries and add shredded cheddar cheese on top. Melt the cheese.
- Add the cooked birria meat on top of the fries.
- Top with green salsa, guacamole, pico de gallo, cilantro, and crema.
- Serve with consommé for dipping.
