Instructions:
1️⃣ Add 3–4 lbs of chuck roast to your pressure cooker.
2️⃣ Pour in 4 cups of water or beef broth.
3️⃣ Drop in 1 EZ Bombs Birria Star Bomb.
4️⃣ Pressure cook on HIGH for 60 minutes.
5️⃣ Natural release for 15 minutes.
6️⃣ Shred the beef and mix it back into the consommé.
7️⃣ Serve over rice or enjoy as a hearty birria bowl and add some beans.
8️⃣ Top with diced onions, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
