Instructions:
- Add 4 cups of water to a pot and bring it to a boil. Add half of the EZ Brine Bomb and stir until fully dissolved.
- Let the brine simmer for about 10 minutes, then allow it to cool completely.
- Place the chicken in a large container or pan and pour the brine mixture over it.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Transfer the brined chicken to a baking pan and apply the finishing rub generously all over the chicken.
- Pour a small amount of the brine mixture into the bottom of the baking pan and cover with aluminum foil.
- Cook in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
