Pork Ribs and Beef Ribs Brine Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) noodles (such as udon, ramen, or rice noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons crispy chili oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts or cashews (optional)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Add 8 cups of water to a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the EZ Brine Bomb and stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Let the brine simmer for about 10 minutes, then allow it to cool completely.
  3. Place the pork ribs in a large bag or container and pour in half of the brine mixture.
  4. Place the beef ribs in a separate bag or container and add the remaining brine mixture.
  5. Seal the bags and refrigerate overnight.
  6. After marinating overnight, transfer the ribs to a baking pan and cook in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 4–5 hours, or until fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 145°F).
