Ingredients
- 8 oz (225g) noodles (such as udon, ramen, or rice noodles)
- 2 tablespoons crispy chili oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts or cashews (optional)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
- Add 8 cups of water to a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the EZ Brine Bomb and stir until fully dissolved.
- Let the brine simmer for about 10 minutes, then allow it to cool completely.
- Place the pork ribs in a large bag or container and pour in half of the brine mixture.
- Place the beef ribs in a separate bag or container and add the remaining brine mixture.
- Seal the bags and refrigerate overnight.
- After marinating overnight, transfer the ribs to a baking pan and cook in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 4–5 hours, or until fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 145°F).
